I had a blood test, and I feel a bit weak. Which foods and drinks should I consume to help me back to normal again. Are there any, or is it just a myth?

Answer:
Anything with a high iron content, green vegetables, meat, that sort of thing. A blood test alone shouldn't make you feel weak tho, perhaps you need to call your doctor and get checked!

Answer:
a blood test is a relatively small amount of blood - you'll replenish it within a few hours. a balanced meal and a sugary drink and you'll be fine.

avoid alcohol and exercise for 24 hours.

same as you'd do if you'd just donated a pint of blood.
