i had zero and now im realy struggeling to stay awake!

i've had none, as i went to bed at 7am (worked nights) and i only woke up about 40 minuites ago

I went to bed around 11 pm and got up at 6 am. Therefore, I got about 7 hours sleep. They also state that you should get between 6 to 8 hours of sleep to rest properly. But, for optimum weight loss, they also say that you should sleep about 8-9 hours. Yes, I’ve read that the longer you sleep, the more chance you have of losing weight.

For some reason I only got 4 hours and I am working late to night, got a couple coming in for therapy at 6.30…..how am I going to stay awake
