I’ve this problem: i can't sleep! i am always REALLY fatigued during the day, but at night i am wide awake! In school, i am really exhausted, and i get really bad headaches, my eyes go blurry and i start to collapse… I'm pretty sure that’s to do with sleep deprivation, but i'm not sure, because i had a MASSIVE blow to the head recently (I had to have an operation to have stitches!) Please help everyone, i am really suffering!!!
Answer:
You can get Valerian at health food shops as a pill or a powder to make into a hot drink. Also, bananas and raspberries have some sort of chemical in them to help you rest.
Make sure you don't do anything too stimulating before you go to sleep i.e. computer games, exercising. Take time to rest
Have you attended any check-ups after your op? Make sure everything is OK.
