By useing stretching exersizes. Hold your arm out from your side with the palm up and while lowering your palm move your head to the opposite side. Repeat on the other arm. This is called Show me the money and stretches the nerves along your arm and up your neck. It is used in rehabilitating injuries to your neck. Also lowering your chin as far as you can and raising it as far as you can. These exersizes should be done and held for about 15-30 seconds each and repeated three to four times each time.
