Answer:
Prob a sprain, see how it goes for a few days, if still uncomfortable go see your Dr.

However foot injuries are notorious for taking ages to heal

Answer:
u sprained it

Answer:
You probably have a bruise on the ball of your foot on the inside you should ice it down to help swelling then you should keep weight off of it for as much time as you can to let it heal.

Answer:
See a doctor. Just a thought.

Answer:
Walk on your hands.hehehehehehehe consult a doctor or stay off and put ice on it.

Answer:
May have fractured some bones or may have only injured soft tissue. Either way, stay of of it, take motrin for pain/swelling and spell curb this way. Good luck and God Bless.

Answer:
Ouch! I hate that type injury. Soak that foot with Epsom salts. Then put ice on it to bring down the swelling. You strain the ligaments that run from the ball to the toes, (it sounds like). Take some pain relief pill (aka aspirin). It'll take a number of days to heal so you can put weight back on it. If you go to the doctor they'll possibly x-ray for a crack in the bone, but they will tell you the same thing I just did, plus stay off your feet. I hope this helps.

Answer:
rub and massage it with (deep heat )cream for 3min the pain will ease .
