Had my blood pressure checked this day it was 140/58.
Is this ok, I just thought it was high.
Answer:
Yes it is borderline hypertensive. It's never a good idea to pay too much attention to just one BP reading though, ideally, for a more accurate result, BP should be monitored over a period of time (24 hours for example) which will give a better analysis of your BP.
Three things you can do to help are;
Reducing the salt intake in your diet, if your over weight try and lose weight, so your within normal BMI range (as close to your normal weight as possible) and also try to include exercise . All these things will help. Any BP below 120/80 is normal and healthy.
Answer:
An ideal blood pressure is 120/80. For young people doctors say it's normal to have less. But your systolic number seems a bit high to me.
Answer:
140 is high. 58 is low but good.
Answer:
How old are you?If you are an adult it seems to be fine.
Answer:
Fine. They would have told you if otherwise.
Answer:
Thats okay.
You will live
Answer:
200 is low a 10000 is high
