When are the NHS going to cease funding self inflicted problems?

yeah but smokers fund the NHS without them we wouldnt have a free health service and they pay in millions more than they take out

That is one of the problems with socialized medicine. I’m not saying it is entirely bad, but no matter how irresponsible an individual is, they’re not held accountable.
