However, slowly but surely its beginning to get worse - are there ANY exercises i can do to make it superior???
Swimming, gympantics, stretching, anything??????
Oh please help!
Answer:
Hi
Anything that strenghtens the muscles around the spine will be beneficial. Don't know where you live but gentle a excercise class eg. pilates, yoga and swimming will all help.
Your GP should refer you to physio and they’ll show you movements and excercises that will help.

Answer:
An “outward” curve isn’t a kyphosis. Kyphosis is when you are hunched forward. If you could give me a picture of what you look like or specific information, I could tell you exactly what exercises you need to be doing and if you need to see a PT or a chiropractor.
