Could be carpal tunnel syndrome. With that, your hands go numb at night and can be very painful. I just had the surgery because my fingertips were going permanently numb. It's all better now, but I was dropping things. Go on line and type in 'hand pain' and find out what describes you best and then check in with a physician.

need to go to doc, could be a big number of things from Thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel, klumpke's palsy, gout, septic arthritis… in other words go to the doc no one on here can diagnose it.
