I'm 16 and of average health, and lately I've had pain in my left hip, back and left foot.

My hip is aching and hurts when I stand and put pressure on my leg, I personally thought I'd pulled a muscle.

My lower back starts aching if I'm out and about shopping or walking, I feel I desperately want to sit down the pain is so bad.

And just now my foot has swollen up and there's a slight internal bruise feeling on the bottom of my toe, then strips of red blotches started to appear on the top of my foot.

My mum calls me an old woman because of my back and hip haha.
I see where she's coming from because I do feel like I'm 90.

Anyone any information would be helpful on this??

Answer:
See a Dr. about the foot, I’ve no idea. But everything else is HAPPENING TO ME THIS SECOND. I am in track, but when I go shopping, or sit and get up my back and shoulders are aching SOOOOOO bad. I try to rub paind parts in hot water, go to a spa and get a proper message. I don't want to scare you, but you might have a juvenile form of artheritis my friend got. GO TO THE DOCTOR FOR YOUR FOOT, AND IF MY OTHER ADVISE DOESN'T WORK ASK THE DR.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer:
The thing we’ve to remember is that all are connected and work together closely.

Myself and my Father both suffered from back, hip and [he had] leg pain. It turned out to be a pelvis misalignment causing the whole lot to be out of whack (not a recognised medical term).

Go and see a chiropractor, they should sort it out. Should cost around £30.00 for each session, and you should only need one session.

Hope you feel better soon.

Answer:
it could be sciatica this happens when the sciatic nerve which runs from your lower back and down your leg becomes inflamed or trapped also you mentions youve got red striped blotches on your toes that might a sign of infection i would see your doctor as both of these conditions are nasty and very painful good luck
