I did 40 miles on bike 2 days ago and 20 miles yesterday. I took today off and will maybe tomorrow and just walk. I want to get rid of pain. Am on good nutrition program. I can only cycle until my right shoulder injury totally healed from a month ago.
Answer:
Nothing much you can do about shin splints.. but to rest the shin. make sure you are wearing the right training shoes (insoles). but cause you are getting it from riding i doubt it could be the trainers.
With riding there is little impact on the shin.. GOOD OLD REST should do the trick
