During the night i experience a dull pain deep inside both of my hips which seems to radiate outwards & causes me anguish waking me up , could anyone tell me what this is please?
Answer:
well are you overweight? It's quite possible this is causing the pain, so many people these days live completely unhealthy lifestyles, overeating, no exercise other than trips to the fridge to get another chocolate bar, then they wonder why their partner starts making noises about needing a larger vehicle and they wonder why, as in your post, they are experiencing pain.
I suggest seeing a physician, and looking at changes you could make to your lifestyle
Answer:
Hello.I strongly advocate you book an appointment with your GP to get a proper diagnosis. It could be general joint stiffness from laying in one position for a lot of the night. It could also be a form of sciatica or lower back problems.Could it be mild arthritis perhaps?
A proper diagnosis is really required though.
Don't put off making an appointment though.

Answer:
It is impossible to tell without knowing what you do all day. For all we know you might be a human rubber man- you know the person that folds themselves into a box for a living. So without knowing it is not safe for you to take our advice if you’re in actual pain. For real life stuff that could mess you up in the long run please see a doctor. (And quit the circus life…)
Answer:
It sounds as though it could possibly be wear & tear on the joints, if you've done a lot of exercise this may be the cause & it's also possible that it could be mild arthritis as a result.
Answer:
Only a physician would be able to tell you after an examination and possibly xrays.
Answer:
This really does need experienced hands.See your GP and be certain.
Answer:
No, I can't but I have the ability to tell you to go to a Physician and find out. Could be your mattress, could be cancer, make an appointment on Monday. Good luck.
