Severe cases can lead to fingertip ulceration. And Raynaud's occasionally signal o more serious disease such as scleroderma or lupus. Treatment includes stopping smoking, keeping the hands and feet warm, and if necessary, taking blood-vessel-dilating ACE inhibitors or calcium-channel blockers. And good luck.
