For about 4-5 weeks-ish on and off i have a really dry throat at night which stops me from sleeping as it is very uncomfortable. How can i stop this without having to drink ever minute?

Maybe you’re not hydrated well ( do not drink as much as you should during the day). So drink more water in the day 2l would be great. Make sure your bedroom is fresh. Open the window to make it airy. Don’t wear any pjs:) Try to make it as comfortable as you can. I was expieriencing similar problem recently. was waking up in the night sweating and had a dry throat. Started to leave the window slightly open and drink a lot of water. It helped me

go to the physicians to get it checked out or drink a glass of water before you go to bed because your throat will feel hydrated and you might have enough time to get to sleep before it gets dry again
