lately whenever i eat something i get really bad pains in my chest behind my rib cage, does anyone know what this is from???
Answer:
Sounds like heartburn or acid reflux.
Take antacids and this should help. (Basically anything alkaline)
If this persists for more than 2 weeks see your doctor, as you could have a hernia or another problem.
Answer:
Take everyone's advice.
Once I had pain so bad I thought I was going to die. I was in bed when it started and it took all my courage and strength to get to the phone and call my physician. He stated it was gas. That calmed me down and made me able to bear it until it went away - pretty fast.
However, I hadn't just eaten.
You should contact your physician with information on how long it takes to start and how long it lasts and if it is because you don't eat 3 meals a day and eat a great deal at one meal. All this can help him/you decide what's wrong.
Answer:
i get this. And my boyfriend. And my friend.
My boyfriend went to the doctors about it, and he stated it was just trapped air getting stuck and it was nothing to worry about. However, i would advise, if it persists, to go and see your GP.
