May
I need a good foundation, i have really white skin and freckles….even though my hair is dark brown naturally.
I want it to even out my skin tone and tone down my freckles……maybe have sunblock in it and dont want anyfin that rubs off if i get sweaty as summers coming!!
I usually by the shade porcelin (bad spelling sorry) but No 7 but i go shiny purchase the end of the day.
Also have a bag under my eye- due to my vein being close to the surface and thin skin around my eyes. I use concealer a shade or 2 lighter thn my foundation but it still shows quite bad!
What can i do?
P.S i live in the UK

I'm the exact same colouring as you(and from the UK!) I've just bought Play stick by Benefit- it's quite high-priced but I've found it gives really long lasting coverage. if you go somewhere that has a counter(Boots, Debenhams) they’ll match it to your face tone for you. It also contains Green Tea and chamomile so it's good for your skin. It's simple and quick to use, plus it's a concealer so you might not need a separate one. I use it with Benefit's erase paste which is also extraordinary.
I'd also recommend using a primer underneath your foundation. It'll prepare your skin, giving it a good base to put your foundation on to.
It's taken me ages to make my face make up last but these 2 products seem to really work!

I too have fair skin and I use that mineral foundation by maybelline. I was iffy about the idea of using any foundation as my freckles are quite dark in contrast to my skin. But it evens out your skin fine and it lasted out my 10 hour shift in hot weather.
As for veins, I heard that MAC concealer does the trick.

Took me ages to find one, but I found the staff at my local Lancome counter very knowledgeable. They found a product to suit me perfectly, and even better, gave me a generous sample to take home and try, so I could see in all light if it worked. The sample alone lasted me a month and it was so good it went back and purchased it.

M.A.C has all kinds of shades, also have a translucent powder. They also have a prep and prime that keeps you from looking like a oil maniac and gives you a nice shine and also has sunblock 50 in it (best product!!!) For the bags under yours use Eyebright from Benefit. When you go to both counters PLEASE ask for their assistance!
Answer:
personaly i would go for a tinted moisturiser.

I use a No 7 one too. Can't remember the exact name but it's a mousse and comes in a clear plastic pot with a black lid. I use the lightest shade (I have the same colouring as you). Hope that helps, if I remember the name I'll come back and edit this.

I too have very pale skin, i also have red hair (although admitadly, it's not naturally as red as in my picture). I use L'Oreal true match foundation in ivory rose (palest shade). You can get it at superdrugs, boots etc. It adapts to the colour of your skin really well and provides excellent coverage without feeling too heavy, or going shiny. You did'nt mention if you use powder as well as foundation and concealer, but the true match powder from the same range is very good and will help prevent shiny-ness. It's not too Costly either, about £7 or £8 for the foundation and about £5 or £6 for the powder. The ideal concealer i have tried for under-eye shadows is maybelline dream mousse concealer in shade 02 natural, it makes dark circles practically vanish and is also good for covering up blemishes too. It costs about £5 or £6 i think, hope this helps! P.s i have just looked in my make-up bag and the foundation provides spf 15, so it has everything you asked for! Lol
