My questions is what brand etc, should i purchase her?? I wanna get stuff thats not to harsh on her skin,(she's gonna be 13 by the way) She wants mascara eyeliner etc ……
I haven't got a large budget. I'm from the U.K
Thanks x

I’ve just bought a load of makeup and I’m also 13. I went to Boots and got some of their 'Collection 2000' eye liners, eye shadows and mascara and it is really nice and feminine.
I highly advocate it, I got a lot of compliments off people when I’m wearing it. It is really cheap also, I think my eyeliner was about £2.99 - it's on 3 for 2 at the moment also.
Happy birthday to ur Step Sis also!

The best place to go is to www.wnwbeauty.co.uk will be perfect for you, not only is the make up affordable but they’ve a huuuge selection in loads of different colours, you will definitely find something you like and they are also doing a discount this month! even superior!

I think Boots is a really good makeup shop in the UK, I don't know about prices though
If she has brown eyes, get dark blue or purple eyeliner
If she has blue eyes, get brown eyeliner
If she has green eyes, get purple eyeliner
