I'm going to NY for 14 days in December
Any tips on what to buy, which is cheaper over there/limited to america?

i purchased a necklace a tiffanys, because you’ve to don't you? i had fun at customs with that one!
you have to get a i heart NYC hoody/shirt!
and go to centuary 21, it's mega cheap in there and worth fighting to get to the bags!
also, go to the quicksilver shop in times square, it is literally about 50% less than over here. I bought a hoody in there for like £6.00. it's crazy!

I live in Scotland so whenever I'm in America I take advantage of shops that aren't in the city I live in like American Apparel!
Everything is cheaper, so stuff like jeans is a good buy because it's much more pricey in the UK and something that’ll last. Shoes are a good thing to purchase as well.
Good make up brands, because it lasts, things like MAC which are still pricey but not as much in the US.

When i went to new york, i found that there are a lot of really cheap clothing stores.
Also, there are a lot of purse vendors that have purses from anywhere around $5-40. Not always the ideal quality, but very cheap.

just get the prices for your favourites in London, and then get the exchange rate in December (when you're in NY), and if the prices are superior in NY than they are at home, BUY!
