Answer:
Well for your face, just get some yellow concealer to hide little blemishes and mask under eye circles, some powder to set, and then swipe a bronzer on your cheekbones, forehead, temples, and nose. And since you have long eyelashes, you should be wearing mascara! You should bring out your eyes as your main focus feature on your face. As far as eyeshadow colors go, violet and purple hues would work great with your eye, skin, and hair colors, as well as a subtle blue. And since you will be enhancing your eyes, just dab a little nude gloss on your lips and youre good to go.

what is your best feature? If its your eyes, play them up, pinks, purples, browns, golds, corals, and even greens will bring the green out. It depends on the shape of the eye how to apply, but try putting a sweep of a light shimmery color in the center of the lid and directly below the arch of the eyebrow to give your eyes depth, also keep in mind that a shaped brow that is properly tweezed/waxed daws attention and frames the eye. if they are too light, lightly fill them in. Women with fuller brows twend to look younger than the OVER tweezed thin line look.and w If it is your lips, try lining them with a natural liner and applying lipstick. If you want a pouty lip look aplly a dab of brighter/shinier or metallic right in the center of your bottom lip. To create the illusion of bigger fuller lips, apply a lip liner just outside the natural lip line. If I haD A PICTURE i COULD GIVE YA MORE TIPS

Neutral eye shadows stick with browns, golds, and neutral beige tones. They would look good on your eyes and compliment your skintone. Also, try using a bronzer to give yourself more of a glow of color (sometimes blush makes fair-skinned people look weird), and you should really use mascara to bring definition to your lashes. They even make clear mascara if you don't want a lot of color. You should also try to line your eyes (very subtly) with BROWN, not BLACK eyeliner to make your eyes stand out more. As far as lips, use a neutral or pinkish gloss. I wouldn't recommend lipstick becuase it may be too dramatic for your skin. Hope this helps!

I really think you should go to boots and see the benefit makeup people, they have some really nice and subtle stuff which really makes the difference, stuff which I have (I have red red -dyed- hair, blue eyes and china white skin), are:
dr feelgood skin primer
modern friction foundation
get bent mascara- or for a heavy look, badgirl mascara
they aslo have some good eye colours in- personally I use mac but I dont do subtle where my eyes are concenred, but benefit are subtle all over.
benetint
highbeam or moon beam for highlighting the cheek bones
they aslo have some canny eye pencils, they do the trick but I dont know the names,
they do a blusher but its dry so if you have dry skin like me I'd try stila, they do a fantastic cheek colour which has a fab consistancy.
Its worth going to a benefit counter and asking them for a make over, to use the stuff properly you really need to get advice on how to use it.

Make sure you put on sunscreen when you go out, you want to protect your gorgeous fair skin! But if you want a darker look, apply bronzer where the sun naturally hits your face for an all over, natural glow. Bronzer also makes the bumps on your face less noticable. For some skin coverage without the heavy foundation - try a tinted moisturizer. It adds subtle color for a glow on your face and it has a light coverage for your skin.
Green eyes look the best with sandy, light brown, toffee or caramel eyeshadows. If you want a natual look, simply sweep the eyeshadow from lashlines to just a little bit above your creases.
Since your eyelashes are already pretty and long, accentuate the length with some clear mascara. Clear mascara fans out your lashes and gives it a wet clumpy look. Your lashes will be emphasized without all that gross messy clumpy black mascara!
If you want a more dramatic look on your eyes, shades of purple work best with your green eyes.
For lips, i suggest a tinted lip balm. Considering that you live in a beachy state, you dont want to walk out with dramatic lipstick on! So invest in a good tinted lip balm.
All of these products can be found in drugstores so you wont have to spend alot to look great!
Good luck and have fun!

If you go to the beach a lot, i'd say a natural look is probably best for you. If i wre you i'd try to find a foundation that matches your skin tone perfectly, and just use a little of it over the areas that you want to cover. White eyeliner on the ineer rims of your eyes really opens them up, and makes them look more wide awake and sparkly. You could also curl your lashes and add clear mascara to give them even more wow factor. If you want a healthy glow, you should sweep bronzer over the parts of your face that naturally catch the sun (your forhead, cheekbones, nose and chin, and maybe lip balm or something light on your lips to make sure that they stay looking kissable. It wont look like you are wearing make-up, bt you'll look groomed and pretty. Oh yes, and make sure that your eyebrows are waxed, that can make a world of difference.

These are just some suggestions. Because you have such good skin already, it'd pointless to do you over. But makeup's a fun thing to try so I hope that you like these….
1) If you want better coverage to maintain a flawless look, I'd look into some concealer and then a powder to "set" the whole thing off. Start with concealer under your eyes and use your fourth finger to pat lightly to blend. Continue to work on other areas you wish to even out. Then go over your base with the powder to just give you a flawless look.
2) For the eyes…you mentioned that they are green and with dark brown hair, which is a very pretty match. To accentuate your eyes with eye shadow, you might want to choose a complementary color such as brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green…because they are in the same greenish family, they brighten green eyes, giving you a little bit of starry-eye =)
and for a twist on things….gold, lime-green, really light green, bright purple/pink << really really bold ;] )
In a quick rush, a navy or charcoal base to define and a powder-blue shadow for highlighting with do. And for the evening a little silver-sparkle shadow makes all eyes look rocker glam.
3) A shot of blush on the apple of your cheek, if you wish to give the appearance of cheekbones.
4) You could experiment with lip stains and then gloss to finish. I'd normally just go simple and stick with gloss.
5) Eyeliner? Only if you wish. Black's a pretty safe colour but it's cheap and fun to play with =)
6) Nail polish's always fun too :]
Remember that looking natural's the key. Piling all of the suggestions above could make you look trashy or overdone. ><
But have fun with makeup….
If there's a specific store I reccomend, it's Sephora. I LOVE their body butter. But whatever you do, read the labels, follow the directions, check its expiry date and do a simple test before putting it on your skin. It's the little things that count.
All the best

Face: Since you have good skin but some bumps, use a moisturiser and concealer. Blush will add a little colour to pale skin as well(just make sure it's not bright red or a brownish colour! a light pink would be nice).
Eyes: If you have long lashes and still want them to have the volume of using mascara, use an eyelash curler(a metal one). Use a dark green or brown eyeliner to make your eyes pop(black eyeliner will make you look gothic with the skin tone you described).
Lips: Sheer colours would look the best. For fun try sparkly lip gloss. To get Liv Tyler's bitten lip look, take light red lipstick and blend it in with your finger, then put clear lip balm or lip gloss over it.
