i've look in boot's and superdrugs but they’re shimmery.
WHAT BRAND?
Answer:
I always had this problem too!!! It's so annoying because you purchase an eyeshadow then get it home and try it properly and it looks like something my mum would wear! But if you go into one of the massive boots stores they sell Mac, Hard Candy and NYC…and all of these do solid, non shimmery colours.

Easy Eye Shadow Make Up Tips
Tip 1:
Use a cream based eye shadow as this is easier to apply and blend. A cream based eye shadow will also help you to achieve a more polished look.
Tip 2:
Pastel colors will suit every eye color better than dark colors.
Tip 3:
If you want to add a bit of fun to your eye shadow, a tiny glitter gel is just the thing.

You can get really good matt eyeshadows at kyriand kimi. I use the midnight blue, rose petal pink, and mocca colours. Check their website out. They even tell you how to apply make up to get the most out of the product you buy. This company is also a natural product company so you’ll be doing our bit for the environment as well.
