I have fair to medium skin, very clear spot-wise but have many blemishes like freckles, and just random marks like redness around the nostrils etc. I need a foundation that will stay on all day, and if I reapply it later on it wont go orangey or cakey (which i find happens when ive put powder over my foundation in the morning.) Ive been using loreal true match in golden beige, thats the kind of colour im looking for, but it doesnt stay on, only looks good after ive put it on and need a few 'coats' as it doenst cover my blemishes. I’ll pay up to £15-20

I agree with the person who says revlon coverstay..i like the light makeup one. it blends nice and doesnt come off. it looks like you’ve nothing on (in a good way) and has good coverage.

I would have similar skin to you, and find that dream matte mousse is a good foundation - it covers most skin issues and unless your skin is dry, does not look obvious! They have a lot of shades, and at the minute is on offer in Boots in the 3 for 2 range over all cosmetics, and is in Superdrug on Maybelline 2 items for £10.

Hope this helps - simply from personal experience!

Have you tried mineral foundation? I have found that these give better coverage than a cream foundation, cover more evenly and don't look cakey if you feel the need to freshen up through the day. Check out the Lily Lolo site, this is where I get all my make up from now.

Dont use Matte foundation during winter.. it makes it o obvouse that you are wearing a foundation… Like who really wants ppl to know that your wearing foundation?

Anyways…

Use Estee Lauder double wear, next to the Clinque stand and Doir…. You can find it in Macy, or easily… Sophora.

It cover almost everything on your face. Like the blemishes and some scars…

O and trust me.. no CAKING on!

The price.. i am not sure.. but its worth it becuase your not layering and layering your foundation (which waste them)… Estee Lauder lets you wear less :) It also stays on for 8 hours! even thru sweat and heat.

But you can also use Rimmel :) Its an alternive from estee Lauder!

You can find Rimmel any drugs stores like Walgreen, and Walmart!

Cons: Estee Lauder is more costly then Rimmel.

Pros: They both the same
