Has anyone tried the gosh velvet touch waterproof eyeliners??
how do u sharpen them coz when i do the end just breaks off. Even tried putting them in the fridge first but still have same problem. Anyone else had this problem. what solutions have u got?
Answer:
get the liquid kind, but it smudges. try the freezer
