First off you need a Kohl eyeliner and apply that quite thickly, then you need a black mascara and apply that just lightly. For her lips i think she's got a slighly dark pink/purple colour. I think you should just look around on some sites maybe superdrug, boots and see what lipstick shades and try and match it.

I'm not sure of the brands or anything, but to make your makeup look similar, i would use a brown eyeliner (stick) to coat the inside of your eyes, and then a smoky grey color (liquid eyeliner) for the outside, under the lashes.
For the blush, i'd use a light pink color, more on the purple side, (don't go anywhere near the orange/peachy pink shades) and maybe a fuchsia lip stick.
You can use any type of mascara, as long as it's black.

Use a creamy, natural-looking foundation which matches your natural skin tone exactly and some translucent powder (try Rimmel's) over the top to cease shine.
Then finish with black eyeliner right on the edge of your lower eyelid and in the lash-line of your top eyelid.
Then use a medium pink lipstick, blot to reduce the brassiness of the colour.
Be warned-this is more of a night-out look, might not be appropriate for everyday.

Hmm it looks like she uses lots of eyeliner so I would advocate buying some liquid eyeliner to outline your eyes like hers.
Buy a deep pink lipstick or lipgloss and lipliner and that should make your lips similar.
And her skin is quite dark so I would suggest using a toner? But dont make it too dark or it wont match the rest of your body.
If you dont already have dark hair perhaps dye it or add darker highlights.
Don't do anything too extreme or you may regret it.
