I Don't Want To Classify Myself, But i Would State I'm Punk.
And I Have Gotten Everything Down, Except the makeup.
I Want To Wear Middle Tone Makeup, Like Not Too Dark or “Whoa Wtf is she wearing?!” makeup or Makeup you can't see.
i so far have:
Eyeshadow: Blue (Dark, Light) Orange (Bright) Yellow (Bright, Light)
Green (Dark) Pink, Purple.
Mascara: Black.
Eyeliner: Black, Purple, Blue, White, Green. but the white and green dont show up the best.
Bronzer: Just an eyestick, bronzer in the form of a lip stick .
and im sure i could get other kinds.

Put a black pencil on your botton eyelids, from the bottom corner of your eye right through to the end of the lid. There’s a make up company called Prestige (prob in Boots) and they have a liquid eyeliner thats in the form of a pen. Its brill and its not messy and practice appling to the top of eyelids only. For punk makeup I think its about the eyes. Put some mascara on and some eyeshadow (optional) voila eyes are done.
Don't go mad with the lips especially with red lipstick. It makes your teeth yellow and only a select few can pull it off. If you want a bit of skin colour I'd advocate a powder bronzer it applies superior than the stick form and not so harsh on the skin. Don't put it all over your face, brush from cheekbone out to the ear, forehead and on the nose. Not too heavy though. Use a clear lip gloss or lip balm on lips. And you’re on your way!

If you want eyeliner on your top eyelids, then I would advocate trying just an eyeliner pencil to practise.
Just stand yourself in front of a mirror, close one eye, then with one hand just hold you eyelid out if you get me?
Don't try and do a continuous line, begin off by doing it bit at a time.
Once you can do that, you should try some liquid eyeliner
It's more precise, & looks neater tbh.
Don't put liquid eyeliner underneath though, stick to pencil & don't overdo it!
If you want to put eyeshadow on, then do it after eyeliner if you're not too confident with it yet - the colours sound fine btw
& then mascara & you're done!

Well to this question I would usually state read a few beauty magazines and practice, practice, practice (when you don't have anywhere to go)…
But for punk girls, makeup might be different and I've never even met anybody who's punk so… Maybe find some punk friends and share tips and tricks.
