If he's an indie type then quite a lot especially blurred eye make up. Normal blokes shouldn't wear much otherwise they look daft. Should all moisturise and look after skin though.
Biggest rule though blokes……never, never, never shape your eyebrows! You look terrible! You can separate them to halt a mono brow but never pluck into shape, it's just nasty.
