I dont have a MAC store in my town, or anywhere near me and can only buy products online.

I want to buy foundation, but I am not sure what shade or which one to buy.

I have combination skin, dry on the cheeks and oily T-Zone and I also have a few chicken pox scars so it needs to have good full coverage.

I have asked this question on the MAC website before but got no response.

Please can anyone who knows about MAC foundation advise me on a shade and which one is good for my skin?

I want to buy the foundation a.s.a.p

My skin looks like this http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/ll270…

Thanks for your time :)

Ok I would suggest Select Spf 15 in NC35.

Its water based so its good for the dry bits and not oily, so it won't effect the oily bits.

I didn't go for a foundation with full coverage because I think you should get a concealer aswell. The concealer I think is good is the Studio finish spf35. Its water resistant, you can layer it on and it covers scars well. Try NC30. With this concealor I sometime just use it on its own as it covers really effectively.

Together they cost £28. But a little def goes a long way.

MAC sell online and as far as I know at selfridges. Ypu can try ebay aswell. They're independent so you won't find them in many shops.

Hope this helps.

hey,

i use the mac select spf 15 nc 40,

i also have dry skin and i find this very good.

u should also consider getting the Mac moisturiser, i find this brill and makes such a difference!!

you might be able to get them off ebay since there is no MAC in your town, but im not sure what colour foundation you should go for!

I suggest going for a Fawn colour as your skin is uneven and you dont want to go to dark if you want the natural look??

make sure you blend with a brush esp round the egdes of your nose and mouth, Also if you want to add a touch of colour use a bronser, i like the Gurlaine range, start at the top of your cheek-bone and go towards the corner of your nose ( in a diagnal stoke).

i have the complete MAC set and i paid $120 for the brushes there are great for blending and making a BIG statment with the eye make up to!! .

Experiment experiment experiment!!!!

Hope this helps hunni, xx
