It depends what budget you're on, MAC make-up is the ideal make-up to use but also very high-priced.
The cheaper alternatives are -
Eyeliner - I always use Collection 2000 as it smudges well or Urban Decay as it's waterproof and really vibrant!
Liquid eyeliner - Rimmel fast stroke liquid eyeliner.
Eyeshadow - I love no.7 and rimmel eyeshadows.
Blusher - I always use Bourjois.
Foundation - I don't wear foundation, but wear Rimmel translucent powder.
Lipgloss - Urban Decay.
Mascara - No.7 or Bourjois.

For Mascara for sure hands down is that Mayballen pink with green cap. Thats what I use I dont really pay attention to what its called I just go by the adorable container.
Other than that Covergirl, Sonia Kasku, Mayballen are great if you're on a budget.
Mac Makeup for sure if you're not on a budget. I just love thier primer.
