I’ve a massive red spot coming on my chin! Help! =(
Answer:
Perfume! My dad always dabs any of my spots with some strong perfume because it drys it up and stops and puss coming through. It stings like hell but really works. Or try dabbing some toothpaste on it before you go to bed, leave it on overnight, it should dry it up and stop it from forming.
Answer:
This has worked for me before..this must be done at night b4 bed
1st step: clean it with some cleanser and than some moisturizer-rub it on the spot and than wash it off
2nd step: Put some sort of lotion on the spot
3rd step: put toothpaste on the spot to make it get dried up
4th step: go to bed (yes with the toothpaste on it)
5th step: wake up!
6th step: pop it because now it is all dried up
7th step: put some concealer on the red spot and than put foundation on top of that
8th step: put more concealer over top of the foundation
~ta-daa~ you are all done now!!!!!!!
Answer:
Clearasil lotion works well!
Toothpaste, however, contains chlorinated solvents and silica, and as such is highly abrasive. Not really a good idea as it will sting like heck.
Perfume has an alcohol base, and even though this will dissolve the oil causing the spot, it could also allow the ingress of undesirable components into the blood stream. I know we apply perfume to skin, but it DOES say avoid cuts and open sores.
Answer:
im a beauty therapis who is also trained in make up artistry what i recoment is to not use any product with alchol or bleach in it (eg. proactive, clean and clear, clearasil all have alchol &bleach) dermalogicas acne products or products for oil skin are the best
when hiding it with makeup first apply your foundation then with your finger (as this warms the concealer) apply the concealer and blend to set the makeup dust your face with powder and you shouldnt be able to see the spot any more while still looking natural
Answer:
Whatever you do…don't squeeze! Squeezing is just going to make it look worse, and you could end up scarring yourself! For now, use a gentle cleanser and follow the advice of the people who recommended toothpaste..this is an old school trick.
For the long run, make sure to wash your face in the morning and at night. Also, a good moisturizer would be a good investment. Sometimes your face will over-produce oils because it is getting dried out. Avon also sells a good blemish treatment that's called Anti-Acne Blemish Treatment Gel. Good luck. Remember..as much as you think you need to..don't squeeze!!!
Answer:
Stick a pin in it, or squeeze it or something till it open up and is GROSS!
Squeeze everything out till there’s blood coming out. (And no more ***** gunk!)
Then clean it and pop on a bit of savlon..
sounds gross, but works for me and I’ve SUPER clear skin these days! ![]()
Answer:
when you're asleep tonight, put some toothpaste on it. The toothpaste degrades the oil in the pore and drys it out and voila, the spot will reduce and disappear.
Answer:
wash your face with hot water, that will open the pours and then you can squeeze it without leaving a massive blemish.
sounds easy i know, but sometimes the easy solution is the right one.
