I know that the skin can not be sewn back on but is there transplants of skin or something that can be done?

Answer:
google foreskin restoration, I have done it and It is a do it yourself process, and very much worth it, you won't get the nerves back but you will get back the function, trust me once you experience the gliding skin it's incredible just how “right” it feels compared to before

Answer:
Foreskin restoration is being done by about 200,000 guys, using a method called tugging.

But surgical restoration doesn't yield good results.
They usually take scrotal skin and graft it onto the penile shaft. There are no nerve connections, and no feeling in this skin. The skin also has the wrong texture and appearance, and doesn't look normal or function like the original foreskin.

Tugging methods use tension on the shaft skin, sometimes with weights, sometimes just manual tugging, or elastic straps. This constant tension extends the shaft skin, and new skin cells grow and fill in, and a new foreskin is formed.

While restoration doesn't replace the thousands of nerve endings amputated with the original foreskin, it does dekeratinize the glans and surrounding tissues, and I theorize that the dekeratinization causes the remaining nerve endings to compensate for the missing ones.

I use one of the most popular devices (there are lots of them) called the TLC Tugger. I've been using it for two years, and have had great success, both from th standpoint of heightened sensitivity and appearance.

This process takes a couple of years, and is well worth the trouble, as the benefits of having a foreskin will last for the rest of my life.

You can google foreskin restoration; there are several sites, devices and also support groups.

Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male sex.

A foreskin isn’t a birth defect; it is a birthright.

Answer:
Aminbrit is only partly right. Foreskin restoration can be done, and does not require medical intervention. I am restoring my foreskin through a skin stretching method that takes some time to complete, but is well worth the effort. There’s surgical foreskin restoration but the results are poor and do not produce as natural looking foreskin as the skin stretching method. It can be done surgically, is painful, isn’t as effective as manual stretching, and the method is not quite 'there' yet. I would advocate the longer skin stretching method
that thousand of guys are using as the results are impossible to tell from the real thing.
I’ve attached several links below to give you some information to start with. I am very supportive of foreskin restoration as it has helped me so much. Please feel free to write to me through this site if you’ve more questions.

Answer:
It won't ever be normal again, but the skin can be streched if there’s at least a tiny left. I've read about 2 procedures, 1 using weights and tape and another using just tape (some form of special medical tape). It takes a long time and must be supervised by a qualified doctor. Most men surveyed who had it done are pleased with the results.

Answer:
Like all plastic surgery, “surgical foreskin restoration” involves the use of skin grafts. The problem with skin grafts is that skin color, concentration of hair, and skin thickness varies all over our bodies. It is extremely difficult to graft skin onto the penis shaft and have it look even remotely natural.
The surgery itself is a risky procedure, being complicated and expensive.
There are however manual ways of restoring your foreskin, and here's a website with some FAQs:
