i mean would it effect the height and growth?

Answer:
Hey. No it does not affect your height. In terms of growth, you’ll reach height as usual but obviously you'll be leaner. Your height is genetically determined although their are environmental factors which can influence this (nutrition etc)

The confusion arises from… 1) people who are short are sometimes said to have a “napoleon complex” meaning they get big to compensate for being short by weight lifting. 2) Weight lifting used to be synonymous with taking steroids and steroids definitely do stunt your growth.

Make sure you use proper technique to avoid injury!! ;)

Answer:
Umm,You're height is in part genetically determined however if the body is deprived of essential minerals and vitamins at key stages during development your height can be affected in a negative way.Remember if you are under the age of twenty one then there’s a chance you’re still growing so if you are lifting weights try not to put too much pressure down that spine.Keep a good strong core, this will serve you well!

Answer:
no your height is genetically determined, but if your not sure as your physician, this is a similar question about can shortening actually make you short arh no!

or unless you want to be short or be known as a shorty!

Answer:
