I have a dull pain - almost like a really dull pins and needles at the back of my testes, had for about 24 hours now. also, my foreskin was slightly tender last week, especially when pulled back. - anyone know what this could be?
I had unprotected sex about 2-3 weeks ago with a (very lucky!) friend of mine, and am pretty sure she doesnt have any STDs as she gets herself checked very regularly…. not that im ruling out STDs….
