Hi I'm 16, and male, and I've already got a bit of belly fat, but i'd feel more comfortable with a bit more or muscle lol (if you get what I mean), so how can I go about doing this?

Please note, I am fit and healthy lol, I cycle a lot and even walk to/from school each day lol, and try to eat 5 fruit and veg a day!

You need to eat lots and lots of chicken breasts and white rice have smaller meals but like 5 or 6 of them a day. 3 or 4 of them should chicken breasts.
