My voice is not braking?

hi i am 13 years old and 14 in june and my voice is not bracking and i sound like i am a girl i no i am in puberty because i have a lot of pubic hair my leg are really hairry and the side of my knees andd thives are hairy to and i get erect a lot.

The various stages of puberty are not written in stone. Some guys voice does not change until very late in puberty. It will eventually. This change takes place in almost all boys. There are a very few that do not experience such a change. You appear to be perfectly normal as far as puberty goes at your age.
