I’m a male, and i have to wait for 30 minutes at the bus stop in the freezing cold, i am warm all over except the legs, and people rose up the subject of knee high socks, but i dont have any and there arent any shops around that sell them, but theres a shop that sells grey tights that are almost the same colour and texture as school socks. Should i wear them?

You could get leg warmers. I wear them walking to college in the winter under my jeans (cos 80's retro is SO last year…joke). They keep you dry and are really warm and you can get them in a lot of clothes shops fairly cheaply.
If you can't get them the grey tights are a good idea. Get them a size or two too large so you don't have to be constantly adjusting them under your uniform.

If you want to; you can also wear long johns as well, they're usually near skin tight and they do very well to insulate you and keep you very warm, as well as the fact that you can get them inexpensively at any department store.

If you’ll be required to go to gym class and remove your pants in front of the other guys in the locker room, then you should select something that won't be laughed at. Perhaps see what the others are wearing, and then you can get something similar.
