when i came home i heard my father talking to my step mums brother. he was telling her that my sisters husband did something with her ideal friend but i didn't understand what it was. i can't understand why he did that because my sister is extremely attractive (he is attractive 2 but she’s a goddess). the thing is how can i help her? she is 30 years old and has 2 children. she takes sleeping tablets and she tends to do stupid things sometimes. she has been sleeping for a total of 14 hours and i am beginning to worry. any help will be appreciated.

It sounds to me that your sister might be depressed , counselling would help her but she has to want it . Why don't you suggest a girlie day/night out her husband can babysit , She might open up to you and tell you what is troubling her , let her know you are there for her and will give her your support. She should tell her physician what she is feeling too i presume that's where she’s getting the sleeping tablets they have the ability to refer her to a counsellor. Hope this helps hun.

It is very difficult for the care giver to see someone that you love get into pills. once they do they never want to get off… information can be gotten through your local drug information center… they deal with these problems and could help you…
