Nothing seems real, I feel depressed, not suicidal, I feel disconnected from life and kind of spacey, nothing seems to matter, nothing seems important, I feel like crying and to be honest with you it scaring the sh*t out of me… can anyone help?

All treatment recommended by the physicians should be tested and approved and quite rightly so.
That makes sense right Obviously it costs vast sums of money to test and approve treatments because of the possible damage to people and the subsequent litigation costing millions of pounds.
