(blind since they were born) Also when deaf people dream do people in the dream speak in sign language?

Answer:
very good question. i have seen on a TV show that instinctive images which you’re born with to recognise like a face, can in fact turn up in a blind pearsons dream, even if he was born blind

Answer:

People who become blind after birth can see images in their dreams. People who are born blind do not see any images, but have dreams equally vivid involving their other senses of sound, smell, touch and emotion. It is hard for a seeing person to imagine, but the body’s need for sleep is so strong that it is able to handle virtually all physical situations to make it happen.

Answer:
If they were born blind they dream in sound. If they have seen, then they dream in images.

Deaf people can hear voices in their dreams.
