i sit at the back inmaths and cant see the board i have loads of headaches but i dont want my eyes testing as i dont want glasses what should i do?
Answer: You should get your eyes tested and if you need glasses then you can get contact lenses instead. You must take care of your eyes

You can get contacts or you can talk to your parents about surgery. You need to be able to see properly. Also you didn't say how old you were but if your vision is bad you and you don't get it corrected with glasses, contacts or surgery you won't be able to get a drivers license as you have to pass the eye test at the drivers license place in order to drive.

There are so many different cute styles now. Glasses are no longer considered "GEEKY" anymore. Think of them as a fasion accessory…like earings or a necklace. I don't even need glasses and I have four or five pair. Then again I sold glasses for 10 years. Just go get an eye exam. Maybe you will be able to get contacts instead of glasses.
Answer: I can appreciate your concern as to not having glasses, but if there are any other problems to your eyes, they should be examined. No one likes to have artificial things for their bodies, but just imagine, people have dentures, hearing aids, wigs and what not. After examination it may be found that you might not need glasses, but would need some different treatment. Sooner you get organised the better.
Answer: hi , i was the same at school & have worn glasses since i was 12. please get your eyes checked as the sooner you get yourself sorted the better. don't worry about wearing glasses as they do some really smart & trendy styles these days , i wear a rimless style glasses & they look really smart. they also make glasses in trendy labels bench , fcuk , polo etc. don't forget only the really cool people wear glasses!!
Answer: you should go and get them tested because you do not want to strain your eyes and make them work harder to see things,if you find out you need them then you can get contacts and then people will not know and you will not notice

Answer: Dead simple your probably myopic (short sighted). Get an eye check then decide on the alternatives. I don't know your age but I would be care-full about laser surgery. UK optician.
Answer: You certainly should have you're eyes tested,. Depending on your age/what the problem actually is there might be other solutions than glasses.
Why sit at the back in Maths? Sound's as if you don't for other lessons….
If you get headaches (due to eyestrain), you won't feel very well (Having been for an eye test today, I noticed a tiny "touch" of eyestrain, which should have told me I needed a new pair. less than %5 change in prescription). Get them sorted out and your enjoy life a lot better, even if you do need eye-correction. I'd bet at least part of your headaches are simply caused though worry.

I had a test and have worn glasses and contact lenses for the last 54 years!
You don't need to worry about your appearance (vanity!) as you can now get disposable contact lenses (very difficult to detect - and better than glasses in the rain or, in many cases, even better, have laser eye treatment (Relatively expensive but with great results!)
Do at least have a test and get professional advice - you can't lose.
And , for my money, the right glasses are extremely sexy on many people - Go for it!
Answer: well thats silly isnt,it, if you cant see board, you wont do very well in maths get your eyes tested, you may not need glasses, you will strain your eyes vision should be20/20 each eye, you willonly make it worse, straining your eye nerves, retina, there are some lovely styles of glassas they dont make them like mini saucers with a thick brown circle frame anymore
Answer: yeah… sorry to say but you probably need glasses… this happened to me my freshman year of high school and im now a junior… i also don't like glasses on myself… without my contacts my grades would have suffered terribly… get contacts/glasses asap…good luck
