I need to get an eye test and contacts for the first time (currently wear glasses when I drive / watch a movie etc).

Does anyone know a good deal out there at the moment to save money? Thank

Answer:
to the answer above.

Your employer won't pay for your eye test unless you’re working on the personal for a certain amount of time (which i cant remember much amount of time sorry!) But the ideal thing you can do is ask them.

Specsavers are good they charge £22.50 for an eye test and £20 for contact lense checks.

However if you set up a direct debit with them your contact lense checks will be free, you get your contacts for a tiny bit cheaper and you get all solutions included.

Prices begin at £13 for monthlies and £22 for dailies.

Answer:
In the UK your employer pays for your site test. They'll only pay for glasses / lenses if you need them for work though.

I get my contacts from SpecSavers and pay £19 monthly for my lenses and solution - they've since upgraded the package so I get a free eye test plus free lens replacement should i damage any.

Answer:
I f you ask for information about laser treatment to any mayor company, they will send you emails and letters every month, eventually, after 3 months or so, the will offer you 0% credit, plus Half price, free this and that.

I ask to Optylaser and is astonishing how they’ve reduced the price.

These companies will do everything to make you sing a service with them.

I tried my self and it work out perfect, I end up paying £5 (USD$10) a month for 4 years for having my both eyes laser treated.

Bargain!
