What do these mean and what do they state about my eyesight?

Answer:
This describes the lenses you need to correct your vision.
Sph is a measure of how powerful the lens is. 0 is plain glass. + gives you a convex lens to correct short sight and - gives you a concave lens to correct long sight.
Cyl is a measure of how much the lens is inclined to be a cylinder rather than a sphere to correct astigmatism. Your lenses are slightly flattened in one plane. A positive cyl would mean they’re widened.
Axis describes the plane in which they are flattened or widened.
You’re slightly short-sighted with very slight astigmatism. No need for a white stick just yet. You can see quite well without glasses, but your eyes get tired if you read or look at the personal screen. Over time, the short sightedness will improve but the astigmatism will get worse.
