the eye normally expands and contracts in various situations can it after surgery?

Answer:
Yes your pupils will still dilate as normal after laser surgery. Laser surgery for prescription correction only works on the front of the eye anyway (cornea), so the pupil isn't affected at all.

Answer:
Eyes do not dilute. I do not believe that it would affect dilation overall. It is not the eye that dilates, it is the Iris.

Answer:
Usually it is to burn away a cataract, thus clearing the eye to see more clearly.

Answer:
Yes they still dialate as normal.
