Please can someone explain my glasses prescription to me?

Right eye: Sph -0.75 Cyl -0.75 Axis 100.0

Left eye: Sph 0.00 Cyl 0.75 Axis 62.0

the sphere reading is the “strength” of your glasses. A minus figure means a concave lens for near/short sightedness. So your right eye is just a tad near sighted and your left eye isn't. The cylinder and axis figures are for correcting an astigmatism. Astigmatism happens because your eye isn’t a perfect sphere, which can lead to refractive errors in a particular plane.
