my lenses are 3.75 and 3.45. I wear my glasses all the time. the only time i dont wear them is for reading in bed. it costs me a bloody fortune for glasses as i have to have thinner lenses, cant wear contacts as i have dry eyes.

i wear contacts to school and about 8 i take them off and then wear glasses
