Answer:
most people state carrots (for beta carotene) which can help with the circulation of blood around your ocular veins(eyes)

but most vegetables will be good for you.

Ideal bet is to eat fresh carrots, either grated over a nice garden salad, or steamed, or even whole if you like that.

some people dont like vegetables much, so u can make a soup if you like, progresso makes an AWSOME brand of soup with real veggies. if thats not your thing, melted cheese, mayo, even salad dressing, is all good to put on there. IF you really wanna help your eyes out, after eating that, get some exercise, a good workout is nice before, or after a good meal (wait 30min prior to engaging in hard pysical activity) and it helps your cardio circulate those vitamins faster, and help you see better over time.

(see as in clearer, not fixing vision problems lol)

Answer:
Anything with beta carotene, yellow and orange fruits and vegetables such as mangoes and papayas, carrots and yams and green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, and sweet potatoes. However I grew up with a diet rich in beta carotene and Vitamin A and have always been legally blind so I don't put much stock in any of the above helping eyesight.
