White of my eyes????

My left eye seems to be yellowish where it should be white? ive started wearing contacts but i only wear the once or twice a week for 4 hours? could it be that? i have a bad headache since yesterday to, and i feel a bit fatigued even tho ive had my eight hours each night

and for yellowish I think it's with aging (you don't state how old are you)
