Wood in my eye?

Author: admin

I think I have like a plank of wood in my eye or something. Is there any doctors who knows what I should do?

Answer:
If you're in extreme pain, go to the emergency room. If not, start calling your family and friends to see if they know of a good opthamologist or eye doctor, and try calling to get an emergency appointment.

I'd probably just go to the ER.

Answer:
Go to doctors it'll put lead in you pencil

Answer:
Doesn't this come from the bible, about addressing the plank in your own eye, before advising others on the planks in theirs?

Answer:
YOU THINK?? How can you think?

Go see a doctor, anyway, if you have a plank in your eye, why have you come on here, how can you see?

Answer:
If you have been around wood chips moving at high velocity (off a power saw, for example), and you were not wearing safety glasses or any other form of acceptable eye protection, you need to go to an Emergency Room right now. Unlike a metal fragment, wood is organic, and if it penetrates an eye, it can decompose in as little as 24 hours, with devastating loss of vision in that eye. (Metal fragments are not desirable inside the eye, either, but even though they may actually rust while inside the eye, they can generally be treated as less of an emergency and tend to produce less damage than wood.)

If what you are feeling is an ongoing foreign body sensation, a constant irritant every time you blink, and it doesn't seem to go away for a number of days —- it's probably one or more eyelashes dragging across your cornea (the front of your eye) each time you blink. Go to an eye doctor and he/she will be able to determine what it is and how to make it stop. In all likelihood, that's what your "plank of wood" sounds like to me.

Answer:
Next time your boyfriends wood gets hard stand a bit further back dude!!

Answer:
You need to go to your Eye doctor- they will take a look and you will pay for a foreign body removal.

Answer:
get to your eye doctor or emergency room asap! if you don't get the wood out then it could actually do damage to your cornea! it's going to scratch your eye up and irrtate it and you are going to have a bigger problem then what you started with! don't wait! go NOW!

Answer:
A tree surgeon will be able to fix it!
