If ur from the UK, or if UK and USA BMIs aree the same then that is deff morbidly obese. Healthy is 19-25. 25-30 overweight and 30> is obese/morbidly obese. Try and loose some weight for your own sake and the sake of your family- dont get ill over this= its not worth it.

My exercise regime is this….
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday - Run for about 20-30 minutes
Tuesday, Friday - Martial Art for 2 hours (hard work indeed!)
Thursday - Gym (45mins-1 hour)
On average I walk about 1 hour a day too.
Eating is this –
