I’ve been taking my dianette pill for around 2months now, and i took my pill 6 hours late after having sex around last week, this week i have stopped taking my dianette pill and i have slightly darker urine with a strong smell, also last week i was getting stomach cramps that felt like my insides were being pulled. I’ve also stopped taking my pill from yesterday and have broke out in spots like i usualy do, could i be pregnant?!

as with most combined contraceptive pills, the usual rules are… if the pill is taken 12 hours late or less then you’re still protected as long as you take the missed pill right away (which you did) and then continue to keep taking your next pills at the right time.
in other words it is highly unlikely that you are going to get pregnant by taking your pill 6 hours later than you should have, especially with dianette as the hormones are stronger.
your symtoms sound more like a urine infection than pregnancy and as with any sudden changes should be looked at by your GP just to rule out any problems

So long as you have been taking your pills daily according to the prescribed regime, pregnancy is unlikely, even if one pill was taken a tiny late. During your week off the pills, you should bleed, like a period. If this happens, you will not be pregnant. If it does not happen, although it has in previous months, consult your physician.
