Back pain?

Author: admin

i am 34 weeks pregnant this day and my back is really killing me. i am going to the physicians because it takes me longer than ever to get up in the morning and getting in and out the bath is a nightmare and standing in the shower just makes it worse. i can't get the appointment until wednesday.

does anyone know any home remedies or anything i can take to at least ease the pain.

thank you

Answer:
Lower back pain is just one of the many blessings of late pregnancy. Basically there isn't a whole lot you can do. I do know that at 34 weeks you shouldn't be soaking in a tub, especially not a hot one. You can try the heating pad set on low, and always put something like a thin pillow behind your back whenever you sit down. Ask your physician before you take any medications. Call the office and ask to speak to a nurse, she’ll be able to tell you what the doc will allow you to take in your pregnancy. Good luck, hope you feel superior and have a healthy baby!!

Answer:
I would check with your OB first, call and talk with a nurse…but, when I fractured my pelvic bone, they gave me Tylenol 3. (I was 37 weeks pregnant) but, after I got home, I took regular extra strength Tylenol. I hope this helps!

Answer:
the only thing you can do is rest!

try and keep walking to a minimum, and dont worry about the housework!

Answer:
Get a heating pad and try not to move a lot it will only make it worst

Answer:
Stay in bed.
