Can u drink Egg Nog while pregnant??
Answer:
No , aside from the alcohol it has raw egg. All pregnant women should avoid this because of the danger of salmonella.
I'm right about this , I know it to be true.
Even though , that is not to state that there might be an egg nog “product” that either does not contain raw egg , or is ultra pasteurized for your protection.
A “true” egg nog has to have raw egg in it.
Answer:
You can drink anything you like but it isn’t recommended. I had a guinness with red currant every now and then, in fact during the 60's Mums use to get it in Hospital and where told it was good for them and their babies. I suggest you have a chat with your Mum or your Doctor and get more info.
Answer:
As long as it is pasteurized and has no alcohol in it! Anything that is unpasteurized should be avoided! Plus I think maybe not becasue of the raw eggs! Look for an eggnog that has flavoring instead of alcohol and no raw eggs and is pasteurized! Ask your physician to be sure! Good luck!
Answer:
I sure hope so, cause I just drank pumpkin spice egg nog last week!!
Lol, I think it's okay. I've never heard or read anything about staying away from it.

How the hell is everyone getting so many thumbs down when we're all saying the same thing? Lol.
Answer:
If it's the kind in the carton from the grocery store, yes. However if it's homemade, it probably has raw egg and or alcohol in it, so you probably shouldn't.
Answer:
Traditional Egg Nog contains alcohol as well as raw egg, and while a small amount of alcohol is granted (although ideal avoided) during pregnancy raw egg should not be consumed as you run the danger of salmonella and other food poisonings which could harm your baby.
Answer:
The kind you purchase from the store is pasteurized and non-alcoholic, so it is safe. Do not drink any that’s homemade, as it probably contains raw eggs and booze
Answer:
Home made egg nog usually contains raw eggs, which you should not consume when pregnant. Non-alcoholic commercially egg nog should be fine.
